Educational information
YourChild.org provides general educational and advocacy information. Website content and digital resources are not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your facts and jurisdiction.
No professional relationship from site use
Using this site, downloading a resource, sending a message, or attending a free consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client, advocate-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship. A paid advocacy engagement begins only when its scope, terms, and payment have been accepted in writing.
No guaranteed outcome
Every child, school, agency, insurer, jurisdiction, and decision is different. YourChild.org does not promise or guarantee any particular result, approval, service, benefit, placement, reimbursement, or legal outcome.
Digital resource purchase
The Complete Parent Advocacy Resource Library is a one-time $10 digital purchase. After a successful payment, access is provided immediately through a protected download page. The purchase does not include individualized review, advice, consultation, updates, or advocacy services unless separately stated.
Personal-use license
A digital purchase gives the buyer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the resource for the buyer's personal or household use. The resource may not be resold, redistributed, posted online, shared publicly, uploaded to a shared library, or reproduced for commercial use without written permission from YourChild.org.
Refunds and technical problems
Because access to the digital resource is provided immediately, digital purchases are generally final except where a refund is required by law. If you are charged more than once or cannot obtain the purchased file, email russell.lloyd@yourchild.org with the email address used at checkout so the transaction can be reviewed and the file delivered or an appropriate correction made.
Consultation reservations
A free consultation reserves time specifically for you with Russell Lloyd, founder of YourChild.org. Choose a time you can keep and arrive prepared to explain what is happening. Advocacy and case services discussed during the consultation are paid services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems to extract substantial site content, or use the site or its resources in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site's text, design, downloadable resources, branding, and original materials are owned by YourChild.org or used with permission. No ownership rights are transferred by viewing the site or purchasing a resource.
Third-party services and links
The site uses or links to third-party services, including Stripe and Calendly. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. YourChild.org is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside its control.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site, services, or law changes. The posted effective date identifies the current version.
