Information we collect
YourChild.org may receive information that you choose to provide when you contact Russell, schedule a consultation, purchase a digital resource, or otherwise communicate with the site. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, scheduling details, transaction details, and the information you include in a message.
The site and its service providers may also collect ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and security or diagnostic logs.
Consultation scheduling
Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. Information entered into Calendly is handled under Calendly's own privacy practices as well as used by YourChild.org to schedule, confirm, and conduct the requested consultation.
Payments and digital downloads
Payments are processed by Stripe. YourChild.org does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing information, payment details, device information, and other information needed to process and prevent fraud. YourChild.org receives transaction information needed to confirm payment, provide the purchased download, keep business records, and respond to support or refund questions.
How information is used

- To process purchases and deliver digital products.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- To maintain records and meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
How information is shared
YourChild.org may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate the site and provide requested services, including Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for scheduling, Vercel for website hosting, and other professional or technical providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. YourChild.org does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including service delivery, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's privacy
This site is directed to parents, caregivers, and professionals, not to children. Children should not submit personal information through the site.
